  Eric Duckworth

  President

  Eric Duckworth founded Coliseum Construction, LLC in 2005. He started the business in Center City Philadelphia as a residential remodeling company. In 2012, he focused resources into the development of the Commercial Carpentry Division. He is actively involved with all phases of the business. Over the years Eric has been an active member of community events and trade organizations. He is a member of the ABCares Committee and has captained their MUD Run team for the past two years. He is an active member of NARI, and has proudly won awards for projects in 2013 and 2014. He volunteers his time throughout the year for projects like Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity, and Emanuel Dining Hall in Wilmington, DE.

  Jason Brinker

  Project Manager

  Jason has been in the architectural design and construction industry for the past ten years. Jason has been a part of the Coliseum Construction team for last five years and has grown right alongside with the company. Jason’s diversity has allowed him to be involved in all facets of our company from administrative, design, estimating and project management. He is a member of our safety committee and participates in volunteer activities with Coliseum. Jason received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Temple University, he is LEED certified and is currently taking his Architectural Registration Exams.

  Heather Sculli

  Bookkeeper

  Heather Sculli joined the Coliseum Construction Team in January 2014. Her background is in accounting and computer science with 13 Years’ experience as Bookkeeper & Office Manager for a regional furniture store chain. As Bookkeeper for the company, she is responsible for vendor payments and customer invoicing. She also works with the project managers in managing the company’s payroll. In her spare time she enjoys everything Disney, especially trips around World show case in Epcot.

  Paul Grudza

  Field Superintendent

  Paul Grudza joined Coliseum in May 2013 as the field superintendent. With 28 combined years in both the residential and commercial construction industry, Paul brought a vast array of knowledge and experience to the team. Paul has had extensive training, is certified in OSHA 30, all terrain fork lift, and fall protection and is directly involved with all field operations, general contractors, and office personnel.

  Todd Shollenberger

  Estimator/Project Manager

  Todd Shollenberger joined the Coliseum team in March of 2015 as an Estimator and Project Manager. He brings 30 years of commercial construction experience which includes 20 years of estimating and project management and 10 years of field experience. His philosophy on project management and estimating will complement this already successful team. Todd believes in building strong, long lasting relationships with his customers one project at a time. He is also an active member of his community, attends many charitable motorcycle rides throughout the year, and volunteers at his local park for special events.

  Bob Becker

  Bob joined Coliseum Construction in 2014. In his 30+ years in construction he has worked as an apprentice carpenter, foreman and job site superintendent. Bob’s responsibilities include scheduling, staffing, hiring, training and safety. His primary objective is to ensure that daily field operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Bob’s on the job, hands on experience has proved to be a valuable asset to Coliseum.
